West End Apartments: Quiet and Cozy

West End Apartments have great spacious floorplans for apartments with an attached garage and one-car driveway. Rock Chalk Park (with a free gym, trails, tennis and pickleball courts) is less than a mile away. The area is mostly graduate students and families and is quiet and boasts beautiful sunset views. I really have no complaints about it. It is about 15-20 minutes from campus and downtown depending on traffic.

Located in Lawrence but far better than anything that was available in Topeka in the same price range.

This neighborhood is ideal for someone looking for a quiet area. The apartment is very nice, the complex is easy to work with, and the neighbors are very respectful.

I love my apartment. It’s far enough away from campus I escape the undergrads but it’s close enough to go home between classes. It’s a quiet community, and very private

Nice and safe

I love it. So quite and safe! It’s also very nice. It was worth it to be to pay for extra to feel secure. Plus having a 1 car garage is the best.
