Aberdeen

I think Aberdeen provides everything you need, has good communication, and is in a good part of town. I think it's pricy with there not being many/any perks or amenities. I would recommend it, but it's not a first choice apartment. I should also note that the apartments do deal with some pest issues, but that comes with the location being more far out and close to nature.

The apartments are very nice and the property management is nice and efficient and well. There aren't many amenities (a small gym, small business center/residential hangout area, a nice outside community patio) so if you want something amenity heavy, this might not be the best choice. But especially considering the price it is a very nice, quiet place to live!

Recently moved here. Nice, quiet area and apartments. More stable income suggested to live here, a graduate student stipend will just cover the rent, utilities, etc.

Much cleaner than most places I've been to here. I worry about paying all my own rent utilities but thats just my situation. Living alone would be incredibly expensive here. If you live here, have at least one roommate because it cuts the price by over half. Takes about 15 minutes without traffic to get to school. With traffic, you usually have to take busy streets so it takes maybe 25 minutes sometimes. Right next to K10 Entrance/Exit.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom units are nice and plenty of space for 1 to 2 people to live. I like that their units do have a dedicated storage area, which is great for being able to store seasonal items and such.

The community is geared towards commuters, so it’s very quiet and is only minutes away from K-10. The leasing/managing office is very responsive to work orders or any other questions regarding the place.

The apartment is pretty good! It’s in a quiet area of town and I really don’t hear my neighbors. It’s pretty big for a one bedroom too.

A little dated for the price, but overall good

I’ve lived at Aberdeen for about 3 years now and I love it. It’s quiet, with very few if any undergrad students around. It’s on the bus line 29 to get to campus but I typically just drive. There’s a small fitness center and a great gym just 3 mins away. They allow pets and most important are super affordable compared to other places in town. I can actually afford to live without roommates! Utilities are pretty cheap too

The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the SW part of town. Aesthetically it's a nice apartment, but it wasn't built well (ice on the inside of windows in the winter/occasional flooding/etc.)- but we have loved the community.
