Affordable apartment close to campus
This isn't a luxury apartment, but it's a great value. Its location next to campus is really convenient. The bus goes down to south Iowa, and it's a short walk to the new grocery store. This would be a great spot for students who don't have cars. I drive and haven't had trouble finding parking.
Condition:
It's obvious that it's an older apartment, but it isn't falling apart. The appliances are outdated but functional. The water pressure could be better. There isn't a lot of built-in storage, but there's space to add cabinets/shelves. It seems decently insulated. I haven't used the gym, but it doesn't seem terrible. There's no pool. I haven't had trouble finding parking. I live on the 3rd floor and haven't had issues with insects of any kind.
Noise:
I've only had a few, infrequent issues with college kids shouting outside and my neighbors talking too loudly. It's next to a fire station, but that hasn't been an issue. There's nearly constant traffic noise from Iowa street that annoys me if I think about it/if I'm trying to relax outside, but it's easy enough to tune out under normal circumstances.
Gripes:
It was in desperate need of a deep cleaning when I moved in. There's a very bright light that shines directly into my bedroom window at night, so I had to get total blackout curtains. There's a lot of dust from nearby construction. I'm worried that it's going to be crazy when the Olive Garden opens across the street.

Awesome
Chase Courts is a great place. It feels safe and its clean. The apartments themselves are nice and sizeable. I enjoy it here a lot more than at the reserve. Maintenance requests get fulfilled in usually 1-3 days which is great.

Alright
I’ve been here for 1.5 years, and I haven’t had major complaints. Walls are thick so I’ve never heard a neighbor, complex stays clean, parking has never been a problem, and maintenance responds quickly.
I don’t like how to pay rent it’s either a check or use your credit card. They also have been known to throw in a random $25 “convince fee” but won’t tell you what it’s about.

Amazing
As close as you can get to the law school without being on campus (2 min drive or 10-15 min walk), also close to bus that goes to campus, gym is always empty so you can bring a speaker to play music, maintenance responds in timely manner

Good Apartment
I have had a good experience so far. It is quiet and clean and the staff is super helpful when anything has gone wrong. It is also very close to campus.

Adjacent to Campus. . . and Fire Station
Extremely close to campus, but also right by the fire station and Iowa. Between the traffic, KU Bus that is loud enough to wake me from sleep, and the fire engines, there are a lot of loud interruptions that disturb my sleep. Also, I'm not one to be too concerned about safety, but I did have to call the police on a heavily intoxicated girl who was trying to break down my door, repeatedly shoulder checking it. It was enough to crack the door frame around the deadbolt.

Nice apartment, far from downtown
This is a nice place to live if you already have a roommate. Big apartments, well maintained.

Comfortable Apartment, South of Campus
I have lived in my apartment/this complex for 3 years. I am happy with its location and amenities. Any maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner. The office staff is nice; sometimes a bit uncoordinated and, thus, miscommunication occurs. Overall, I have been happy with the apartment and the complex company.

Good choice
Close to campus, on bus route, good management, clean and spacious living areas
Can be a bit pricey and utilities add up bit because none are included
But overall I love living here!
