A great updated apartment. It is expensive but I have laundry, parking, dishwasher, updated appliances, etc.

Close to campus + great place to live

I have had almost no maintenance issues here, and when I have, they were resolved promptly. It easy to pay rent and make requests on the online portal. It is close to downtown and to campus. Sometimes, it can get slightly loud depending on who lives around you, but it isn’t that bad.

Northstone Apts

Safe + comfortable place to live, close to campus, pet fee but no pet rent. Can be slightly loud but not really. Haven’t had any need for maintenance.
