Overall Best Place to Live in Soulard
Best place to live. Easy access to all major highways. Walkable distance to any Soulard bar and restaurants. The nice thing is its location, not directly in the heart of the Soulard so if there are nights that you want to stay in and not hear the rowdy party scene, you can. Other amenities are nice, rooftop pool so tanning isn't a problem with building shade. Hot tub open year-round and a 24/7 gym. Also, the staff is amazing. Doorman/security is the best, even hand delivers all packages to your apartment door directly. Never had an issue with maintenance, always on call and usually respond within an hour.
Only issue is that the walls are thin, so any time there is noise in the hallway, you can hear it. Also, some apartments DON'T have walk in closets; and even if you do have a walk in closet, the actual storage in the unit is still limited.

Best Place
Best living place with diverse community. Close to all the Soulard bars and restaurants to eat, yet far enough you cannot hear the nightlife when you want to stay in. Highway access is quick and there is a Fields Food 5 minutes away. Property management staff is amazing, some live on the premises thus you can get a hold of them quickly. 24 hour door man and package receiving center. There is an updated gym and hot tub downstairs as well as a rooftop pool.
