Cool Location, Good Interior

Location is great. 6 minute drive from campus. The building is right next to the Creekwalk and a 5 minute walk to basically everything downtown.

The interior is nice. Black marble counter tops, average appliances, high ceilings, nice big windows, and very spacious.

There is a gym, study room, laundry room, and game room.

Parking is in the parking garage across the street. It costs $90 a month and there is a sky bridge that connects the apartment building to the parking garage.

Creekwalk Commons review

Good, one of the bedrooms does not have a window, but I pay slightly less than my roommates as we agreed upon that. The internet isn't the fastest or reliable, but it serves its purpose. Management is nice and friendly, if we had any issues maintenance came to solve it for us. Because my unit is a 3 bedroom, the living area is very spacious with high ceiling which is always great, but the kitchen is rather small for 3 people. As far as location, it is convenient to walk to downtown which is one of the main reasons we moved here, and rent is much less than Campus West or other apartments closer to campus.

Great place for roommates downtown!

Location is great and there is an attached parking garage (for $90 extra dollars a month). Only a 7 min drive to Dineen Hall. Very short walking distance to downtown area bars and restaurants. Right on the Creekwalk Path so outdoor runs are good, but it also has a small sized gym for indoor workouts. I have no complaints about management responsiveness and the building is cleaned often. There is a decent vending machine on the first floor. Laundry facilities have improved since moving in - all connected to an app you pay through that alerts you when its done. $2.50 per wash cycle and $2.00 per drying cycle. I live in a three bedroom with two of my good friends so we do not mind sharing the 1 bathroom (which has double sinks and a closed off toilet/shower area). Only real negative thing about the three bedroom is one bedroom does not have any windows so her room is quite dark compared to the rest of the sunny apartment.

I'm a huge fan

I live with two roommates at Creekwalk Commons and we love it. It is right next to downtown Syracuse and not a far drive from campus. The apartments are large and spacious, come furnished (if you need it to be), and have very high ceilings. Our only regret is that we only lived here for 1 year instead of more.

There is also a small gym onsite, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and you are centrally located in Syracuse so nothing is ever more than 15 minutes away.

Creekwalk Commons review

Great apartment complex with good management.

You have to pay for washer/dryer that is on sight, the quality of which are not that great.

Other than that, internet has trouble at times, but overall good apartment.

If you have a car there is garage parking available at $90/mo, but since rent isn't too expensive I think it's worth it. It's in downtown so walking to SUCOL might be an issue.
