The Gateway at Belknap

My apartment has a HUGE patio so I can let my dog out to run around which is the best thing. Management has gotten better but they aren't always around. There is lots of students in this area which is nice and I don't have to walk up the massive hill each morning. The bad is getting packages here sucks. Porch pirates are bad and shipping companies constantly leave stuff outside despite having keys. There's a small gym but otherwise no amenities. But I feel like they don't raise rent soooo I will stay forever.

Good maintenance team, updated apartments, thin walls, not the safest location, parking can be difficult, but very close to the medical mile.

Good space and layout. New appliances. Fast repairs/ maintenance.
Does not have communal facilities.

10 minute walk to school/butterworth hospital, included + street parking available, great internet for online material

Very nice apartment with granite countertops, new finishings, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer, located close to Secchia and medical mile. There is a ton of storage in the kitchen, but not a lot of storage in the closets in the bedrooms. Management does not follow up super diligently but they are kind and responsive if you remind them. The maintenance staff is very responsive as well. The one big downside is the neighborhood is not safe. There have been shootings, domestic violence, hostage situations, and many other incidents to where I do not feel very safe. They have a gym in the basement, but it is pretty basic and does not have wifi access. The rooftop community decks are a nice amenities.

These apartments are nice, clean, and safe. However, they are a bit pricey considering not much is included. The price would be my only complaint especially if you try to get in last minute. Other than that, they are very nice, calm, and comfortable. Very close walk to school.

Close to Secchia
