Trowbridge Apartments

The apartments themselves are very nice. They are spacious and have modern appliances and features. Internet is included and so is water and gas. The gym is ok but not great. There are several options for parking that will accommodate any budget. My two biggest issues are package delivery and the location. The apartment complex is confusing and delivery drivers do not have good access points to the building so packages frequently get misdelivered. The neighborhood also has a lot of crime although I have never had an issue at the apartment itself. They also have nighttime security.

Great place to live, but somewhat dangerous neighborhood with terrible and unresponsive management.

My apartment has a HUGE patio so I can let my dog out to run around which is the best thing. Management has gotten better but they aren't always around. There is lots of students in this area which is nice and I don't have to walk up the massive hill each morning. The bad is getting packages here sucks. Porch pirates are bad and shipping companies constantly leave stuff outside despite having keys. There's a small gym but otherwise no amenities. But I feel like they don't raise rent soooo I will stay forever.

Good maintenance team, updated apartments, thin walls, not the safest location, parking can be difficult, but very close to the medical mile.

Very nice apartment with granite countertops, new finishings, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer, located close to Secchia and medical mile. There is a ton of storage in the kitchen, but not a lot of storage in the closets in the bedrooms. Management does not follow up super diligently but they are kind and responsive if you remind them. The maintenance staff is very responsive as well. The one big downside is the neighborhood is not safe. There have been shootings, domestic violence, hostage situations, and many other incidents to where I do not feel very safe. They have a gym in the basement, but it is pretty basic and does not have wifi access. The rooftop community decks are a nice amenities.

My apt is very close to my school and the neighborhood feels safe to walk in. There's lots of nearby parks and even a small corner store right downstairs. They got new management, camera system, and intercom which has been great. Also some of the apartments have been upgraded so they look nice inside. The main issue right now is that most packages are left outside. Also the bedrooms are pretty small.

Overall this has been a great place to live. Mgmt can be difficult to contact occasionally, but really hasn’t been a problem. I would gladly choose to live here again.

The location of this apartment is perfect. It is just outside of downtown, close to everything including the freeway, and only a 10 minute walk to Secchia. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a lot of classmates live here/nearby. It is only a few years old so everything is nice and new. The buildings are very secure and have keycard access. Parking is not included, but each unit can purchase 1 parking spot. There is also cheap residential street parking through the city which is what I use, it’s not perfect but it gets the job done!

The best thing about this apartment complex is the location. It is easy walking distance (9 min walk) to Secchia. The apartment complex itself is overall average. Walls are thin though and people can have pets so there can be barking and yelling that you hear. Overall good for the price and the location.
