meh

Very affordable for my spouse and I, but you need to practically harass management for them to get anything done. At one point, we were without heat for six weeks in the dead of winter.

Good Property, but Newark Sucks

Great unit, cheaper than most of my classmates pay and walking distance from class and Penn Station. Clean, spacious, has an ok gym. Cheap, sufficient wifi. Big loft windows with high ceilings. Only downside is that Newark is an abysmal, vagrant-filled food desert. Broad Street is terrible. The Halsey Street area is much nicer, but it seems more expensive so not sure that it's worth it. I can walk over there in ten minutes if I want to which only sucks when it's cold.
