Great value

New construction in an underrated neighborhood. While East Boston may not be the most exciting neighborhood (yet!), it's close enough to downtown to get you to the North Ed/Financial District in 10 minutes. On-site gym and doorman are great features, though I don't take advantage of many other community features.

Love this neighborhood. So safe and always a good time.

Not the most exciting yet, but up-and-coming. The blue line could use some more TLC but there's easy access to the city and the rents are affordable.
