Very Convenient!
This has been an extremely convenient place to live. It is within walking distance to campus and downtown and there are a lot of other law students also living here.

Great Company and Great Value
I highly recommend Eladott as a rental company. They have a lot of properties all around Ann Arbor--some of which are nicer/newer than others. The people who run the company are really responsive and nice, and they work really well with students. Our apartment (at 320 E. Madison) is super close to campus. We have had a smooth experience with all of our maintenance requests and property maintenance. Highly recommend looking into the Eladott properties!

Great Budget Apartment
Good value apartment with big bedrooms. Kitchens are average. Central AC makes it all worth it.

Great location - near school and downtown
It's hard to find a place in Ann Arbor that doesn't require you to sacrifice on attributes that you are looking for. For 320 E Madison, the apartment has excellent proximity to school and downtown. It has a good amount of space. This all comes for a price that feels reasonable for what you are getting. That being said, we did sacrifice on having in-unit laundry (the laundry is in the next building over). Also, after living here for 2 years, I will say that the temperature control in the apartments (particularly during the summer and shoulder seasons) has been problematic. We bought a portable AC unit to supplement the building AC.

320 E Madison
I've had a very good experience living at 320 E Madison so far (4 months). The apartment is very spacious for the price. It's also in a good location--close to the law school and downtown, while also on a quiet street that doesn't get a lot of traffic. Management has been quick to respond to any minor maintenance issues we've had, but otherwise everything has worked well.
There's parking behind the apartment buildings for $25/month. Laundry is a short walk two buildings over which is a bit annoying and costs $14/month/person.
