The safest place to live downtown.
The management is great!

Safe, Clean, Great Security Folks, Minimal Issues
The apartment is located right across the street from the law school, which is convenient, and I generally feel safe in the building as well as with the security folks being available almost always in the lobby area. The premises are clean and the cleaning ladies are very good at their job with keeping the common areas clean, they are very kind as well. The only cleanliness issues I encounter are due to other residents failing to close the door to the trash chute which makes the hallways smell bad--but this does not happen all the time. Not all floors experienced this, but it happened on my floor where the AC was broken a couple of times for a few days during the 2.5 years that I have occupied the premises. For the most part, the management staff handled the issues well--they could have done more to communicate with the residents, but for the most part the issues were resolved. I have not had any instance where I felt unsafe from any neighbor or anyone. The ameneties are good, and I got a lot of use from the gym and the resident lounge.

Great Location, struggles with utilities
In relation to the law school, the location is amazing because I don't have to own a car in order to function here. However, I have had a few issues with cheap fixes to certain parts of the apartment, such as my AC being out when I moved in, and being given a portable AC unit without any intentions of fixing the AC. My individual unit has a washer/dryer which is nice, but the 2 in 1 unit works poorly.
I do really love that they are pet friendly and so close to the school. It is expensive but worth it. You are forced to pay an additional $100 a month for cable and internet whether you need it or not which is also unfortunate, but livable. There are also a lot of nice areas that are accessible with your residence like the rooftop and vault, as well as a small gym.
Everyone that works at the apartment is kind as well. There is normally security at the front desk later in the day which is comforting, and the staff in the leasing offices are always available and kind. The maintenance workers are very helpful as well.
Overall I do not regret renting here, I just wish that for the price, it wasn't so apparent that certain things were cheaped out on.

It's okay, but not always awesome.
It's nice to be right beside the school, but management is not amazing. However, if nothing ever goes wrong with your apartment space, it's a good experience.

Can’t Beat 30s From School
It’s really nice, but you pay for what you get. Make sure you carefully pick your unit.

Best Apartment
This is 100% the best place to live while attending law school. Pricey, but worth it.

Great
Pretty incredible experience all around. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it one of the best views in the city if you get one of the floor plans facing the river? Absolutely.
Gym is pretty nice, parking is closed to only residents after hours with a code, security guard at the front desk is present during the afternoon and after-hours. The front office staff is super kind and helpful.
That being said, if you're not from Memphis like me, the downtown area is very different from that of other major metropolitan cities. There aren't a whole lot of places to walk to, but the ones that are closeby and open are great!

Metro 67
I love living in Metro, it couldn't be more convenient. Especially 1L year, living across the school was such a blessing. Aside from that, I have never felt unsafe here. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond, and so is the team at the front desk. The only reason it isn't a 10 is because the parking garage has had some issues.

Thoughts
I wish it had a pool but it has a nice rooftop!

Costly but nice
The apartment is nice and the staff is polite. The mail/package room is secure. The price is very high for not many included amenities or parking. The bamboo wood floors scratch easy and some of the appliances are old. The location is convenient for school and court.
