Westcreek Apartments
There's no washer/dryer in the unit so you have to bring your laundry across the complex to do it. Also, especially on weekends, it gets full pretty quickly so it's hard to do your laundry at those times.
Pets are allowed and there are a lot of walking areas for dogs. My cat is happy there. There is a pool and a (very small) gym as well. Each unit has its own storage closet right next to their apartment, too, that would fit all of your outdoor gear well.
The floor plan is poor, so it is incredibly difficult to layout your living room without having it feel incredibly cramped.
Overall, management is relatively responsive to issues that come up. The complex itself is pretty with lots of grass and trees, and well-maintained landscaping. There's only one parking spot per unit, though, so sometimes it's hard to find a spot at night. Also, before they updated some of the lighting in the complex, there was one corner that was very dark and often had cars that were broken into because it was near the main road (McCarran).
Also rent prices are increasing a ton. We went up $200/year for the last 4 years, from $800 originally to $1400 now.
