Overall, a decent and quiet place to live
My fiancée and I have been living at Lexington Pointe since July 2024. We have, overall, enjoyed our time living here. Maintenance issues come up somewhat regularly, but they always do their best to promptly fix any issues that may arise. It is located just off Jackson Avenue, but it is relatively tucked away by a tree line. It is a relatively quiet property. They are on the expensive side, but their rate follows the general rate for apartment complexes in town. Lexington Pointe apartments are unfurnished, and they provide the option of renting furniture through a third party (however I have not met anyone who uses this option). The common areas are always clean and well-kept. The apartments themselves are fairly spacious (our 1B, 1Bath is roughly 700 sq. ft. ), and have a balcony/patio. Management is always very friendly and attentive to tenant needs. They are very relaxed as long as you do not cause trouble for your neighbors! Important to note is that Lexington Pointe is family housing and NOT primarily student housing. There is also a resident courtesy officer who words for Oxford Police. Lexington Pointe is a fairly old complex, so the units are a bit outdated, but I believe a renovation is in the works. Overall, I would highly recommend that graduate-level students tour Lexington Pointe, as I have enjoyed living here as a law student. There is a sizeable community of graduate-level students from various departments and schools at Ole Miss already living here, and the complex is only a short drive from campus down Jackson Avenue! Since it is located on Lexington Pointe, there are several restaurants within walking distance, and everything else is just a short drive away. There is also a bus stop at the entrance to the complex, for anyone who makes use of it!

Lexington Pointe
Clean neighborhood, relatively quite at night and the staff is friendly. Gym is decently sized and 90% of the parking is covered, although there are far more spots than cars so finding a covered spot is easy. Also includes a pool and tennis courts.

It's not luxury, but it's home!
I have had a great experience so far. Yes, the place has it's cons but it also has a whole bunch of pros! It's quiet; it's close to the law school; it's surrounded by food options; tire services is right around the block; there's a great vet down the street; and Wal-mart is super close. All-in-all, once I sign my new lease, I will have lived here all three years of law school. The biggest downside is the rent has gone up each year I've been here.

The Good, the Bad, and the Just So-So
All-in-all, I enjoyed my time at Lexington Pointe. It's especially good for young families and has great amenities. It's a safe environment in a park-like setting that is relatively close to campus, very close to shopping. Apartments are roomy with lots of storage space. On-site staff are friendly and helpful, but the management company leaves something to be desired. Details are below:
The apartment complex is a mix of students (both grad and undergrad), visiting faculty, U. Miss. staff, and non-affiliates. There are singles, young families, and older couples. This makes for a quieter atmosphere rather than a big party scene.
The complex is close to a major big box shopping area: Wal-Mart, Ulta, Home Depot, Office Depot, etc. However, contrary to what we were told before renting, there's no dedicated bus stop at the facility; you have to walk down to West Jackson and then get across it to reach the stop. Biking is an option, if you feel safe in heavy traffic or don't mind hills to avoid West Jackson. It's a bit long for walking, though not impossible.
The amenities are great, although co-vid hasn't always allowed them to be accessible: tennis court, pool, gym, shuffleboard, bocce, community room with TV and fireplace. Co-vid rules permitting, the on-site staff will arrange various community-wide activities often, but not always, targeted towards young children.
The apartments are roomy with lots of storage. Rent includes cable (including SEC Network) and high-speed internet, but electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash are not. Shared walls are relatively, but not completely soundproof and as there aren't too many not really a problem. Ceilings can be a problem if the upstairs neighbors don't put rugs down in the LR/DR area (bedrooms are carpeted).
On-site staff are extremely friendly and relatively responsive to immediate resident issues like leaky faucets, but less concerned about the overall appearance of the complex. As of last summer, the complex's golf cart has had a flat tire for over a year, the dog bag distributors go unfilled and the cans un-emptied for days. A daily walk-about of the facility by the manager would avoid eyesores and frustration.
In part, the issue is the management company. They're based in Jackson, not Oxford and are constantly looking for ways to cut costs and nickel-and-dime residents. For example, the pet deposit is non-refundable (and therefore not really a deposit), but fairly standard. However, midstream, they suddenly added a monthly pet fee to cover the same things as the non-refundable deposit. Miss the rent payment by 48 hours and they will file court proceedings. On-site staff are good about helping tenants find work-arounds, but there is only so much they can do.

Been a great, quiet place
I would recommend it to any professional/graduate student. There is not a lot of undergrad here-yay!
