Cheap, but has issues.
It has decent amenities in the complex, but the apartment itself is pretty basic. Built very cheaply, have to call maintenance on a consistent basis. Last year, a water tank above us collapsed and flooded the apartment. Management responded by saying we should have had renter's insurance on things in the apartment. Have occasionally dealt with mold problems stemming from that flooding, which management was very unresponsive to.

It has been a cool experience. Very safe. I have had multiple packages outside for multiple days and they have never been taken.

The Links
Definitely rough around the edges in terms of bugs. Pros are that for the most part it is pretty quiet. Cons is the bugs and the management is not the most helpful. There is a golf course for those that like golf, but that is the only amenity.

The Greens at Oxford
Very mediocre place but it's got a decent amount of space for how cheap the rent is. The biggest advantage is having a golf course.

Archive Review
Standard student housing complex. It has its own issues, but overall not a bad place to live and has nice amenities. Lots of undergrad students live here, so if you're looking to get away from that this isn't the place for you.

Mostly Good
The apartment complex is decent. The appliances are a little outdated, and there are a lot of mosquitos.
