Parking is an issue, walls are insanely thin
Overall, the apartment is very nice. The main issues come with the parking and how thin the walls are. I have lived in facilities with thin walls, but this takes the cake. It is absolutely ridiculous how I can hear every single thing my neighbors are saying. Additionally, one of the things that attracted me about living here was that parking was monitored and you aren't able to park there if you don't live there. This has not been followed through at all, which has been disappointing. Overall, I do love the finishes and everything in the actual apartment besides the issues addressed.
