Great complex as of now
This apartment is simple but not cheap. The maintenance staff seems to be able to fix any problems quickly and efficiently and the people in the office are friendly and helpful. This is a very animal friendly apartment. The only concerns of lately is they recently sold the property to some LLC located in California and there have been some stingy changes since then. Also the hot tub has been closed all of 2023.

Vista ridge Apts review
I really like it here. It seems very safe which was a big thing for me, it’s a gated community and the location is close enough to downtown (10 min) without the craziness/ within a mile of everything you would need. Its 10 min from campus and the drive isn’t bad/ very pretty. Maintenance is great here, people are good there’s not a ton of noise, there are pocket parks for dogs, the Apts have a ton of closet space which is awesome.
