Cornerstone Apartments

Mostly, living here is great. The management is really quick on fixing any problems (and there is an online portal to request repairs). The apartment is spacious, up to date, and you don’t hear your neighbors. There is a key fob needed to even get in the building or parking lot, and there is an intercom to buzz people in. It is also in a very convenient location (right behind target and near the East Busway). There are a couple downsides which is why I gave it a 7 instead of a 10. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night because it boarders Larimer. Also, the building lobby sometimes smells like weed and packages are frequently stolen if you do not schedule delivery for a time when you will be home within a few hours. Overall, I think it is a really nice apartment for the price.
