Cozy place to live in
Likes: Close to U Pitt campus, lots of commute options available, secure building - different keys to enter.
Dislikes: Front entrance is wonky. Also a risky place for deliveries if left at the main door (mine got stolen).
Management: Friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Amenities or unique features: Has a gym, parking lot, in-unit laundry, and laundry room.
