The Center of Everything

The Grandview Condominium building is in a great location! It's easy to walk anywhere in the city, but i'ts conveniently only 3 blocks from the BSL and 4 blocks from the MFL if you need to take the subway. The amenities are great (the gym was just updated) and the building staff are all very professional. It's nice to have someone greet you at the front desk, whenever you happen to stroll into the building. The building does have security cameras located throughout, but there is also a police station across the street. I always feel safe here and while I'm commuting to/from here. I have been in the building for two years now and have really enjoyed my time here. They are currently making updates to some of the shared spaces and are adding an outdoor park as well as a dog walking area in the coming months. Since they are privately owned condos, each unit is unique. I always tell my friends to see if they can find a unit to enjoy all the wonderful amenities. A few of my friends also rent here and some have even bought their units. It's a great place to live.
