Park Mesa

Maintenance is super quick (same day) and there is no assigned parking or towing. Close to King Soopers, Whole Foods, and bus stops to get to Denver and school.

Apartment Review

The location is good as I can get to the law school pretty quickly and easily. My bus ride is usually 3-6 minutes, depending on the traffic. However, rent could definitely be cheaper given I don't have too many amenities and the space is quite small. Management and maintenance are pretty responsive and do a good job.

meh

We had to move in without ever checking out the place (don't ever do this), and it's just an incredibly small two bed two bath place. My roommate and I are both small girls, but even with that it was a tight squeeze. There were only two stove tops, and no oven. When moving in, we asked if both bedrooms could fit full size beds and management said yes, but CLEARLY one of the rooms there was absolutely no way you could have fit a full size bed. Basically it was just a very small place, but it's not horrible because my roommate and I live together very well. There also isn't a washer/dryer, but the apartment has a coin operated laundry room. Normally I prefer to just go to the laundromat across the street. The apartment does allow pets, and management is very nice. We've had to put in a few maintenance requests and they are always addressed promptly. It's nice because there are grocery stores across the street.
