Modern apartments right by campus
The location is great, right behind the engineering building. The building is new and furnishings feel very modern. The kitchen is huge with modern appliances and lots of space. Work orders get a quick response and are fulfilled quickly and at no charge so far. No AC is the biggest drawback, and the online rent portal has issues sometimes. We do get free storage units in the basement of the building.
