You get what you pay for

The complex is an extremely close commute to the law school. However, the overall vibe of the complex is heavily undergraduate. The apartments serve the standard purpose of providing a place to live but do not offer much beyond that. It is a good place to get your footing in Boulder, but would likely not be a place to stay beyond the first year.

The Lodge Review

My apartment is very small, but the layout allows maximal space saving and usability. I also chose this place, though expensive and small, because it has a spacious bathroom and has been recently renovated. Additionally, it has in-unit laundry and a huge closet.

I lived here all three years of law school and experienced three different property managers. The most recent one has been extremely friendly and quick to help with problems.

The biggest reason I chose to live here was the quick commute. It's a 10 minute walk to the law school or a 10 minute bus ride.
