Affordable Apartment for Grad Student
I've been at Hunters Ridge for nearly two years and have very minimal complaints. The rent is pretty nicely priced for the area and is away from undergrad housing. The population is primarily young couples, with some older life-time residents and small families. The complex is pet friendly. The only complaint is that the walls are quite thin, so it can be difficult if you have a particularly noisy neighbor. Additionally, much of the parking is covered permit parking which is extra $$$, so sometimes you are searching around for a free spot. About 10 minutes from north campus!

Hunters Ridge Review
Very pet-friendly community. Mostly graduate students and senior citizens so it is very quiet. About a 10-minute drive to campus. Feel safe living alone.

Quiet Apartment Complex with Mix of Tenants
Hunters Ridge is pretty good! About a 15 minute drive from campus (north), but well away from the undergrads that live around campus. Very quiet, facilities takes care of the grounds and are responsive to service requests. Good mix of young adults, small families, and some older adults as well. Pets allowed. Parking is sometimes hard because parking under the awnings are by permit, but I usually end up close to my unit.
