The Quarters at East Lansing

I have lived here for my first two years of med school and have enjoyed it! For being close to campus, the undergrad scene is not very much present. There are some structural issues that led to a flood so my only suggestion is to get separate rent insurance. However, they have told us the problem is fixed so shouldn't be an issue. Its a nice apartment and maintenance is very nice and responsive! Its a great apartment if you need something on the cheaper end :)

I am at the Quarters main site and, while not the fanciest place, it does the job! I have never had a problem with maintenance or getting help from management when needed! Paying bills is super easy as well! I will say there are a lot of undergraduate students living here but it is not noisy. Occasionally there will be people smoking which can be bothersome but overall its something that doesn't bother me for the price and location of the apartment. The 2 bedroom with Jack and Jill bathrooms is super spacious, I love it! Great if you have other people to live with and want a cheaper option :)

Honestly a solid apartment. I did my undergrad here as well and it’s the best apartment I have found yet. There probably is better apartments but for the cost and location compared to campus I think it is a good deal. Everything is newish but not brand new. The bus passes right by the apartment complex so it’s ideal for taking to campus. Overall I have no complaints about the apartment and it isn’t in a crazy area where undergrads get rowdy and trash the place.
