Great apartments
Its been great, everyone has been very kind including neighbors and management. Maintenance responds very fast to requests. My only complaint is that I was told there is A/C which there is, but it wasn't explained it's on a boiler system. This means when seasons are changing and you can't turn on cold or hot air depending on the temperature. Recently it can get very hot and up in the 80s, especially on the 2nd floor.

Great apartment!
Love living here! Walkable to Ashland PATCO station. Having water and gas covered is very helpful and is one of the best rents in the area. Bedroom and living room are spacious. Appliances are outdated. Since gas is covered you are not able to control the heat so it can get a little hot towards the beginning and end of winter!
