The Vista Apartments

As I live alone, I feel very safe. The location is great, with the school being a short commute away. There are also many stores and restaurants nearby. My apartment was newly renovated, which was a plus. The downside is that maintenance and management are very slow. It is very difficult to get the issue fixed promptly. Given that the rent is high, I would expect better maintenance/management.

This is a nice place to live but certainly not worth the amount I spend - but then again rent keeps going up. Other than the apartment not being cleaned upon move in, I have had no other problems here. Staff is responsive. Neighbors are kind.

Great place to live in Voorhees

Good Apartment

I have felt very safe living here. My apartment was newly renovated and feels very new. However, when there is an issue maintenance is very slow to respond since there are few staff.

As a medical student it is very inconvinient to constantly be calling the rental office to get repairs done and many issues arrise as even the upgraded units are poorly constructed as it is a very old property.

Quiet apartment complex and very secure. The unit has everything I need, gym, pool, washer and dryer included. Very convenient location as it is less than a 10 minute drive from campus. Highly recommend for med students!
