Pretty Good
I live on the top floor so I dont get much noise but the apt does get very hot in the summer and the electricity bill at that time will be ridiculous. I also will get the occasional bug but nothing too crazy.

Echelon Glen
Management is very responsive: answer calls as they are coming in. Say if it was a sink drainage issue, which I had, management came within the next 1-3 hrs of me putting in my request and fixed it right then and there. They are also great at answering their emails and actually try to fix any problem I have had so far. Neighbors are cordial and quiet overall. Parking can sometimes be annoying as it's more of a first come first serve.
On a separate note, I am hearing that mice are a big issue in this complex, and some of my friends are experiencing mice in their apartment now as the weather is getting cooler. I personally have not had this problem (yet), as I have my two cats with me.

Not too bad
This is the first time in my life where I am living alone so I am still learning a lot about my needs vs my wants in a place. This was a nice first place but the only con about it is that the AC barely works when it's too hot out. I spend more time on campus than at home so it's not a huge deal for me but I know it would be for some so that's something to consider. If you leave the AC on it can rack up your electricity bill too. Other than that though everything else has been fine and overall I like my place. It's near Stratford so I'm like a 5 minute drive from campus which is a huge plus for me. I do feel safe though which was something I needed especially because I'm a woman living alone.

A middle of the road apartment option
Echelon Glen is a nice place to live. The rent is in the middle when compared to the other apartments in the area. The apartment itself is spacious and is an excellent location. The neighbors is what hurts this rating. The tennents are quite loud and sometimes do not respect quiet hours, particularly around the summer months. I often has noise related complaints.

Echelon Glenn review
Nice quiet area with lots of places within walking distance. Utilities in apartment are cheap and break often. Maintenance is slow.

A middle of the road apartment option
Living in Eschelon Glen is pretty okay. The rent is moderate compared to the other 3 surrounding apartment complexes in the same area. Management is responsive to concerns (and maintenance) if you stay on top of it. The complex is a bit older so there were a couple issues with my bathroom which are now fixed 6 months into living here. The tenants are mostly families which is nice, as it feels like a safe place for families, but it can also make for some noisy afternoons and evenings. There are a lot of med students who live around this area too which is convenient and we are very close to campus (5-10 mins door to door). The community is also very nice and I enjoy living in Voorhees.

Housing amenities
For the most part, Echelon Glen provides a stable household that has easy access to tennis courts, restaurants, and groceries.
