Neighbors are friendly, there is a security guard nightly that sits in the lobby.
The leasing office is never there (so packages get rescheduled often because delivery drivers can not get into building), Maintenance is slow, and they often say they "will be back" and then do not come back to finish the job. The elevator has broken twice in 6 months, but they're somewhat quick to fix. (the stairwell smells horrible like really bad)

Convenient & Beautiful Space
I love living at Level on Locust. The building is newly-renovated and is always clean. My apartment is great, brand new, and very spacious. The leasing manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to the law school, as it is a 5-8 minute walk. What I like is that unlike Park Pacific, you feel like your apartment is separate from the law school. While Park Pacific is right across the street with many students residing there, I would feel like I have no separation with the school. Level on Locust allows me to have some separation without feeling like I'm completely missing out. It is also across the street from a parking garage and Schnucks.
