I love the syndicate building!
Syndicate is not only close by but clean and secure. Most of my neighbors are older than college age, so it's a quiet place to live.

Review of the building
This apartment/condo building is a 5 minute walk to the law building. I live in a one bedroom/one bath and have no complaints about my apartment. The unit comes with laundry and has a large storage closet. The building has an art workshop, art gallery, gym, and social room/patio. The manager is very responsive and very friendly. The building is great for convenience of the school and is also right above a grocery store.
