Rent just increased from 490 a month to 760. Will not be living there next year.

Townhome feel with apartment price
The best part about College Town (formerly retreat) is that each unit is its own house (in most cases). This is nice not having to take stairs/elevator to our unit especially when bringing in groceries, etc. The perks of having a pool, workout center and plenty of space to walk dogs is also nice. It’s a great deal for what you get. Our rent was $490/month a person plus $10 of insurance. However we got a promotion of $20 off per month so really only paid $480 per month. The living room area is a good size and and nice kitchen (although it could be a tad larger). Overall a great value for what you get.
