Peaceful, diverse gated community

I have had a great experience with High Pointe. My only real grievances are that our management (Summit Management) can be slow to respond to maintenance requests. Sometimes we will put in a request and then do the same one again the next day so that they will see it. There is a pool, and it is gated. Very safe, nice mixture of grad students and families. Not a party place at all. It is also on an OUT bus route.

Great Apartment

My apartment is great. Smaller complex with lots of older residents. Quiet and gated.
