great place to live

the amenities are awesome. we have a year round pool, grills on a deck overlooking Shem Creek, kayak storage and private dock on Shem Creek, gym, tennis court, dog parks, and a business center with computers and a printer.
we also have our own bedrooms and bathroom, washer and dryer in unit, and a small screened in porch. the only negative is that we dont have a renovated apartment so it is a little dark and small.
