A pretty good place

Sawgrass's property staff is very nice, the apartment is well-located on James Island roughly halfway between downtown and Folly Beach. The complex is well landscaped and has lots of nice walking paths. Ground floor apartments have access to small grassy areas behind their domiciles.

The apartments are somewhat old, but many have been very recently renovated. The complex contains 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
