All in all, I say great, but get an alarm system for your unit.
I like the cosmopolitan feel of my apartment complex. For anyone (like myself) who might miss the diversity of larger metropolitan area, like DC, Atlantic Palms is really nice. There are many Brazilians who live here, and I like stepping outside of my apartment and hearing different languages being spoken (like in the DC area). The apartment complex is also comprised of African Americans and Caucasians. Additionally, although it can be a plus and a minus, depending on the situation, I like the good solid chunk of working class people who live here. There are likely more working class people than a professional class residing here.
