Safe and Friendly Environment

Old Towne is a great community to be apart of. The managers of the property are very nice and are always ready to help. Maintenance also responds to issues in a timely manner and the property is very safe. It is also convenient that many UKCOM Bowling Green Students live in this apartment complex as well.

Good place to live if you're a medical student

Very good so far. Management is easy to work with. Much better than Sky Properties.

Olde Towne

Quiet and clean complex, apartments are new, thick walls (I rarely hear my neighbors unless they’re really shouting at the top of their lungs)

Pretty good

Pretty nice apts, just a little too pricey. I would sign a 2 year lease at the start to prevent your rent from going up after the first year. Otherwise, they will continue to raise your rent every year

Olde Towne is a great place to live! Very pet friendly and the office managers are great. I have had no issues living there!

Cozy Community

This is a lovely apartment complex that is clean and great up keep. Maintenace requests are taken care of within 24 hrs consistantly and the management is great to work with!

Great overall

Overall the apt is very nice. Just very expensive. they raise your rent after a year of living there as well. But that is the only downside really.
