Royal Arms
The apartments border the hospital, has mostly senior citizens (quiet), and is fairly private in many places (I live in the back corner of the complex for example). Definitely not brand new but many of the apartments have been remodeled recently. I appreciate most how spacious and numerous the closets are.

Everything you need at a great price
Royal Arms has everything you need at a great price. Sure, the building is a little older and the kitchen does not have the newest appliances, but I really cannot complain (the kitchen has a fridge/freezer (no ice machine), oven/stovetop, dishwasher and sink disposal). I wish the 1 bedroom apartments came with in-unit laundry hook-ups, but they have an on-site, 24 hr laundry facility that I use just fine. It is a 15 minute walk to class or a 2 minute drive, my apartment is spacious, my neighbors are friendly, and I'm able to have my two cats. It is clean, I always feel safe, the maintenance staff is quick and friendly, and management was helpful when I wanted to add my boyfriend to the lease.
