Nice, clean apartments and townhomes in a quiet neighborhood. Option to get an annual pool pass for $25 deposit and $90/year gym membership for the household at the community fitness center.

Bad Management
I lived alone in a 1bdr apartment for my first semester of medical school before getting married. I went for a well-kept place with reasonable pricing and a nice community, so I chose Village at Traditions. The management was terrible from the beginning, and never answered my concerns or problems. The neighbors were disorderly and inconsiderate, taking away from a peaceful environment to study and learn in (especially since this was in the heat of COVID and everything was done from home), which management still did nothing about. I had to break contract with them just to escape for my own mental sanity-- do yourself a favor and don't let the "pretty neighborhood" distract you! There is a reason most of their apartments are always up for rent. Try to avoid any property owned by SKY!
