The apartment complex is in a really convenient location but the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors sometimes

A little on the high side with few Amenities however the management team and maintenance team are phenomenal usually get stuff done same day. Recently I called for a non emergent repair over the weekend was expecting to hear back from him on Monday and they called me back same day had somebody come out which I think was excellent especially considering wasn't emergent I told them it wasn't urgent they came out anyway on the weekend the only utility that is included is trash there is parking in most of these places do have garages so that is nice however there's not really any social aspects of it the apartment complex does offer normally around Christmas and somewhere around 4th of July they bring in a food truck and you know you get free dinner so that is nice as well the main complex does have a pool but ours does not we have a small like fence scenario if you've had dogs the walls are pretty decent usually we could only hear our upstairs neighbors when their child is getting very rowdy and jumping but overall as I think it's a pretty good place to live although it is on the expensive side

nice place on the expensive side not many amenities but issues are fixed quickly and it's very nice living so close to everything.
