Park Plaza
Wonderful apartment building with great staff, although it is a little old so there are some maintenance issues that arise from that such as the plumbing.

Park plaza is a decent place to live if having substantial financial support
Good but high monthly HOA fees, need to purchase as condos and had parental financial assistance with this. Management is ok (mildly reasonable)

Great if you're looking for an affordable condo close to lots of bus lines. Highly recommend for students in PGH for the long term ie md/phds. This complex is not pet friendly unless your pet is a service animal unfortunately.

Park Plaza Review
I am very thankful to have found this property in Pittsburgh. It has plenty of room and also is very close to school which was one of the main reasons for its appeal. Despite being older, the building is in good shape with good maintenance.
