Review
The apartment complex is generally good. Small issues every once in a while, but management is friendly and quick to respond.

Its Okay
It's small and overpriced as many apartments in Concord are. I live on the corner of the building so winter sucks because I will be woken up by plows and shoveling as the machinery is loud. I'm also charged an extra $20 a month for having a first floor apartment even though that was the only thing available. Also an extra charge for pets $40 extra a month. Management is typically good as responding. My appliances are old and should be replaced. I just have no room for anything in my house, its 512 square feet. Walls are not super thing, but I live on a corner so only have 1 connected neighbor, above, who I hear occasionally.
