santa clara university - university square

shoddy cabinetry and paint, do not expect the light bulbs to be in perfect or even very good condition, there are only four outlets in the main room so get a power strip (a safe one), the walls are thin so you will enjoy very little privacy between yourself and your next door neighbor(s)

it is close to campus and there is laundry on site

you're paying to avoid a commute
