LVL North

Close to the city center bus stop. The studio is pretty small but very manageable because there are a lot of shared common spaces. Includes gym, individual study spaces, group study spaces, and a rooftop area.

Not the best Center City apartment, but not the worst either

Management and maintenance try, but my biggest issues are the fire alarm always going off, hearing people through the front door, the obnoxiously loud HVAC unit, the noise from the floor above and below, and just the general grossness of the carpet and walls for a luxury building

Super convenient

Right above a Giant, next to the BSL and two bus routes. Close to both campus and Center City. Convenience makes it worth it.
