Great place to live surrounded by friendly people
I very much enjoy living in Georgetown. All of my neighbors are friendly and I have had no issues. Centrally located, all of Green Hills is easily accessible, less than a mile walk to Whole Foods and the Y, and it's a just a few miles from Belmont.

Good place to live
Georgetown is a beautiful complex with brick buildings and great greenscape on the interior courtyards. Feels safe for the most part. Buildings are older, which comes with pros and cons in terms of piping, but they are built well - no noise from apartment to apartment except for loud stomping if someone is above you.
Parking lot is large and has plenty of parking for guests, but spaces can be tight, leading to door dings and such which happen because it is a parking lot with many people. There have been car break ins in the past.
Property management is on top of the ball. Very good work done by John Green. It is a mix of homeowners and renters. Very dog friendly on the outside, but varies apartment to apartment depending on landlord.
