The Farm at Taylor Mill

Pros:
-Relatively cheap considering the amount of space my roommate and I have (1450 Sq ft) and proximity to Cincinnati, St. E, and campus.
-We have the 2 bed 2 bath with a den AND refurbished, which makes our rent more expensive, but without the den and getting the standard apt greatly lowers the price
-Relatively quiet, right across the street to gas station, and straight shot to Newport (This apt is off Exit 79)
-"Neighbors" are quiet
-Definitely safe (the biggest thing for me)
-Maintenance is quick to solve whatever problem we have

Cons:
-We don't have a pet but they keep increasing the price to have one.
-Walls are pretty thin
-Not near any nightlife if you're interested in being near that. This is definitely a family-oriented living location.

Great option for NKY students. Located very close to I-275. About 5-10 minutes from NKU. Spacious apartment with laundry in each apartment. Each 2-bed apartment gets 2 parking spots in an open lot (can buy a closed garage spot). Facilities are maintained well. Pretty safe. Most of the neighbors are older adults, NKU students, or families with young kids. Lots of pets around.

This place is great because it is close to all of the St. E Edgewood hospitals. It takes 2 minutes to get on the highway from the apt. complex. It also is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations. I would say it is pretty quiet here for the most part. A mix of young students and retired people live here. Very pet friendly. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. My apartment is not renovated, but it is pretty cheap rent so I cannot complain. One of my biggest concerns is that there is not recycling available here, only garbage dumpsters.

Safe and calm apartment. Decent rent. Spacious apartment. Has laundry and dishwasher in apartment.

Overall has been a great experience living at the Farm! It is about a 10 minute drive away from campus (2 exits down I-275 from school). Management is very friendly and maintenance is very responsive to any/all needs. Very quiet community, so we don’t know our neighbors too well but everyone we have met is very friendly! Note: Washer and Dryer is included in every unit!!
