Beggers can't be choosers

I live in a 2/1 condo with my girlfriend and 35 lb dog. We rent from a individual owner but have to go through the management company. The management company is far from the condo community and is not always the most helpful. The tenant approval process was cumbersome and parking is an issue. We are given one designated space and allowed to use one guest spot. If we have an overnight guest, we have to get a parking pass from the management 3 days before our guest arrives with all of their personal and vehicle information. We have had a guest's car get towed.
