Great option!
This complex is really amazing (so far). There have been some very minor issues like the occasional elevator break down, but they address things pretty quickly. There’s a gym, a couple pools, lots of grills and seating areas, a golf simulator, arcade games. I wouldn’t say you’ll have time to use these, but it’s nice that they are there. The units are very new and well kept. In unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. It’s probably a 7/8 minute drive to campus, so really pretty easy, even with morning traffic, just don’t take 75. The rent is steep, at least compared to my undergrad rent, but it’s pretty normal for Dallas and a place this nice. Underground garage is great too. Complex is right next to a trader joe’s, some restaurants, a nail salon, some workout studios, and right next ro 75 but not too far from tollway. Overall, it’s a really amazing option. I’m in a studio and it’s perfect for one person and a pet. It was cheaper then options that were smaller over by Knox area. Definitely look here!! It’s Preston Hollow Village Apartments on Walnut.
