Excellent Spot for Law Students
I've been living here since August 2021. I am a student at UNLV's law school and this location you cannot beat as it is a 2 minute drive away from the school. It's not in a great area but the property is gated with constant security and I've had no reason to feel anything but safe. It is close to so many grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores, and the strip if that's your thing. I have had zero problems with management and they have been nothing but helpful to my very minimal needs. The apartment itself is pretty big with a nice balcony. I have no complaints about the floorplan or rooms. It was also helpful that they understood that I would be paying for the apartment with federal loans because places that aren't that close to the school don't seem to really understand that concept. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for any law student that is looking for housing in the future.
