Phenomenal spot
I have lived here all four years and love it. I'm about 8 minutes from SLUH and 2 minutes from St. Mary's. I've really enjoyed being more central and we are just off of 64, so it's quick to go anywhere! Super safe environment with a lot of medical students and residents from Wash U and some aerospace folks thrown in. They pick up our trash from our door 6 days per week, leasing staff is super responsive, and work orders are addressed quickly. Additionally there is a pool and gym in here that are free! If it matters to you, we have two walk-in closets (mattered to me!). Washer and drier in your laundry room in your apartment as well.

Altair at the Heights: 8/10
This apartment complex is very nice. It is very quiet and we really never hear much from the other tenants. It is about 10-15 minutes away from campus but it is in a really nice area. I do not really spend a lot of time at my apartment just because I am always on campus but there are a ton of good restaurants in the area.

It’s a nice place but expensive and doesn’t include utilities. They have some amenities that make it worth it. Close to campus. Dog and kid friendly.
