Nice Apartment

Encore is close to the highways, so it is so easy to get downtown, Clayton, and anywhere in St. Louis. The complex is amazing- incredibly helpful management, clean community spaces, amazing pool and gym area, great apartment units! Renewing for another year.

It has been amazing! I live 10-15minutes from school. So close to Forest Park and Dogtown. Easy access to both 64 and 44 highways. I feel incredibly safe - with great management and kind neighbors.

Wonderful apartment with a great floor plan. It's a little pricey, so I hesitate to recommend it to others, but I was lucky enough to get one of the really good rates they have during the summer sometimes. Feels like a very safe area, though it's not particularly walkable once you get out of Highlands Plaza. Nice neighbors, lots of pet owners. Management and maintenance are very responsive and helpful. They try to build community with little events and such, though that's difficult with the pandemic. Easy drive to get pretty much anywhere in the city.

I moved here after living downtown and it was the best decision!

Safety was my main reason to move away from downtown and I definitely got it here, it's a gated community and gated parking lot. Management responds the same day every time even if they're not able to take care of the issue right away. Neighbors are very respectful of everyone's space and I haven't had any issues about noise.

The only downside is that you do need to have a car because it is about a 10-minute drive to school.

I've loved Encore so far! It's a higher end apartment than I was expecting to get, but they were offering exceptionally good rates when I moved in. The apartment is small but has a great floor plan that makes good use of the space. Management is thoughtful and helpful. The neighbors are nice and generally quiet. The apartment is very pet friendly, and I love to see everyone walking their dogs! The location isn't great for walking, but it's a very short drive to anywhere you need to be. It's just off of the freeway exit, but the apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet and pretty area. My only real annoyance is the trash trucks that always seem to come by when I'm in class, which is very distracting during Zoom calls, but there isn't much anyone can do about that. Overall, very happy here.

Encore is a beautiful and comfortable space to live, with all the amenities you could want - free coffee, gym, pool, etc. The management goes out of its way to make sure you’re happy with everything, and it’s only a short drive to campus. Most importantly, the building, parking area, and mail room are all secured and you never feel unsafe.
